Dlog PME Inc. · Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Operator and access
DLOG Video Factory is published and operated by Dlog PME Inc. It is an internal, limited-access tool for expressly authorized people working with channels they own or are entitled to manage. It is not offered as a public SaaS platform or through paid subscriptions.
Before using the tool, users must read these terms and the privacy policy. Google authorization is separate from authorization to access the internal tool.
2. Authorized use
The tool prepares scripts, storyboards, narration, media, and edited videos, supports production review, and displays results for authorized channels. Users must respect creators’ rights, licenses, provider rules, and each channel’s permissions.
Bypassing access controls, exposing credentials or confidential data, and connecting a channel without authorization are prohibited. Current Google permissions are limited to youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly.
3. Human review and responsibilities
Automated productions and AI-generated content must be reviewed by a person before use or distribution. Authorized users must check accuracy, suitability, and required rights. Internal approval does not publish a video to YouTube.
DLOG operates its tool and may correct or interrupt processing. Users remain responsible for editorial decisions and their use of content and statistics. Continuous availability, editorial outcomes, and YouTube performance are not guaranteed. Responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain in force.
4. Google, YouTube, and other providers
The application uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. By using DLOG Video Factory, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The YouTube Developer Policies and Google Privacy Policy are also relevant.
APIs and other third-party services may change, become unavailable, or be subject to quotas. Results may be partial or delayed. Generation services and media sources remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
5. Access withdrawal and changes
DLOG may limit or withdraw internal access when it is no longer authorized or needed. You can revoke Google permissions through your Google security settings. Data requests should be addressed to DLOG as described in the privacy policy.
These terms may evolve. Material changes must be communicated to authorized users. Last updated on .
